Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
To modify your booking, use the confirmation link sent by email or contact us directly.
Illness & Contagious Symptoms
If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness (fever, cough, flu, COVID-19, etc.), please let us know as soon as possible and reschedule for when you have recovered.
If you contact us more than 24 hours before your appointment, the reschedule is free of charge.
If you contact us less than 24 hours before, the standard cancellation policy applies and no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.
This measure is in place to protect the health of our team and clients.

Group Bookings
For group bookings, only those included in the reservation may participate in the session. We prepare each appointment based on the exact number of confirmed participants to ensure everyone receives a thoughtful and quality experience.
If the number of participants changes, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your booking.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. No partial refund will be issued for time lost.
